Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, focusing on emerging paradigms like quantum-AI integration and neuro-interfaces
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks and governance protocols for future-facing technologies
- Drive innovation through partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business opportunities
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $10M annually for 2026 initiatives
- Mentor talent in emerging tech specializations to build future-ready teams
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with proven experience in emerging tech domains
- Expertise in at least two future-critical areas: quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable infrastructure
