- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ annual innovation budgets and justify ROI on technology investments.
- Represent the company at global tech summits, publishing thought leadership on 2026 technology trends and their societal impact.
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab, fostering a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping.
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and tech incubators to co-develop breakthrough solutions.
Qualifications
- 12+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership with proven 2026+ technology roadmaps.
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable systems.
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to enterprise-level deployment with measurable business impact.
