Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML frameworks for predictive analytics
- Lead quantum computing integration into enterprise cloud infrastructure
- Develop sustainable tech solutions for carbon-neutral operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across 3 global R&D centers
- Drive innovation through patent development and academic partnerships
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with emerging tech regulations (EU AI Act, US Quantum Act)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Quantum Physics/AI
- Proven track record deploying quantum computing or advanced AI systems
- Experience with full-stack development (Python, Rust, TensorFlow)
- Deep expertise in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Certification in quantum cloud platforms (IBM, AWS Braket, Azure Quantum)
