- Manage $50M+ R&D budgets for emerging tech incubation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with EU AI Act and emerging global tech regulations
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
