- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging tech solutions (quantum, AR/VR, AI ethics)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for next-gen tech adoption
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for ESG compliance and carbon neutrality
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology certifications and innovation methodologies
- Partner with academic institutions for R&D initiatives in quantum computing and neuromorphic systems
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership roles
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, spatial computing)
- Certified in technology foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (HIPAA/GDPR compliance)
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
