Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry trends and market forecasts

- Conduct competitive analysis and identify disruptive innovation opportunities
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage technology forecasting databases and predictive analytics frameworks
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented technology initiatives
- Strong data analysis and predictive modeling skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation (e.g., CSTM, CEH)
- Experience presenting complex tech concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year tech strategy implementations
