Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies (quantum, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Architect scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and regulatory compliance
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
- Drive R&D budget allocation for high-impact experimental projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scenario planning software
