Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-year horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies, socioeconomic shifts, and geopolitical variables affecting 2026+ markets
- Develop quantitative forecasting models using Python, R, and proprietary AI tools to predict industry evolution
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable strategy
- Author forward-looking reports and visualizations that distill complex data into compelling narratives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate emerging market hypotheses through primary research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Data Science, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in strategic foresight, market intelligence, or trend analysis
- Expertise in quantitative forecasting tools (ARIMA, Monte Carlo simulations) and data visualization (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) and their societal impacts
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into executive-level decision frameworks
- Strong written communication with portfolio of published foresight research or white papers
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, cross-impact matrices)
