- Produce forward-looking white papers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for pilot projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Build and maintain a network of 100+ futurists, VCs, and academic pioneers
- Mentor a team of 5 analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions (e.g., generative AI, clean energy)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis frameworks
