- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proof strategies into product development
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database with predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-readiness and innovation adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Data Science, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in trend analysis, innovation consulting, or strategic planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and predictive modeling
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
