As a key member of our Strategy & Innovation team, you'll work alongside Fortune 500 leaders, academic pioneers, and government agencies to map the next decade's disruptive forces. Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying paradigm-shifting technologies (quantum, biotech, neuromorphic computing) through 2026-2030
- Develop predictive models using machine learning to forecast market disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Produce strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives across aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with R&D teams to align innovation roadmaps with future scenarios
- Partner with policy advisors to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present findings at global forums including World Economic Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
Qualifications
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Computational Social Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years applying foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, causal layered analysis)
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (Gartner hype cycle, S-curves, weak signal detection)
- Proficiency in Python/R for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments (government, academia, private sector)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic foresight implementations
