Responsibilities
- Forecast technology trends and market disruptions using AI-driven analytics and scenario modeling
- Develop strategic frameworks for integrating next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, neuromorphic computing) into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership reports and executive briefings on technological singularity implications
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic partners, startups, and industry pioneers
- Advose on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption strategies
- Design resilience roadmaps for quantum security and post-quantum cryptography transitions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing disruptive technologies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, bespoke AI models)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, neurotech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
