Responsibilities
- Design and prototype 2026-focused systems including quantum-secure networks and carbon-negative AI
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D initiatives spanning biotech, nanotech, and space innovation
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and autonomous infrastructure
- Collaborate with futurists to map technological convergence paths for 2025-2027
- Create ethical governance models for emerging technologies with global impact
- Mentor junior engineers in advanced prototyping methodologies and future-proofing principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics with 5+ years in R&D
- Published research in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or advanced AI
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ breakthrough technologies deployed at scale
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies like Delphi or scenario planning
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with ISO 20700 foresight standards and ethical tech frameworks
- Track record of securing >$1M in innovation grants or venture funding
