Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions addressing climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and other 2026 innovation leaders
- Drive patent development in emerging fields (target: 5+ patents annually)
- Present 2026 innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists through our 'Horizon Academy' incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technologies with 2026+ market impact
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and synthetic neural networks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technology paradigms
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants from NSF or DARPA
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and their technological enablers
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
