Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead moonshot projects in neural interfaces and decentralized AI systems
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum computing pioneers and biotech innovators
- Drive adoption of emerging standards across 15+ product lines
- Chair the Future Ethics Council to ensure responsible innovation
- Mentor a 12-person innovation squad through quarterly hackathons
- Publish annual industry whitepapers on technological singularity readiness
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Systems Engineering with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from prototype to global deployment
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Portfolio of 3+ published foresight frameworks or industry predictions
- Deep familiarity with ISO 20700 foresight standards and scenario planning
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams (Asia-Pacific/Europe)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
