Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech ecosystems
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Bioengineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or climate tech
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with demonstrated 10-year horizon forecasting
- Published thought leadership in top-tier scientific or innovation journals
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal or private sources
