- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members quarterly
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech innovation leadership with 3+ years in quantum/AI domains
- Published research in Nature or Science on future technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants ($10M+)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
