Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation framework aligned with market evolution trajectories
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AI ethics frameworks)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs specializing in future-tech domains
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps with measurable impact metrics
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders including investors, board members, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation strategy with proven impact on future-facing initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Deep expertise in emerging tech domains (Web4.0, AGI, biotech convergence, climate tech)
- Experience leading global innovation teams across multiple time zones
- Strong background in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
