- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead research and prototyping of next-gen technologies (quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and responsible innovation practices
- Build and manage a dedicated innovation lab with $5M+ annual budget
- Present strategic vision to board members and key stakeholders quarterly
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or executive leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- PhD or advanced degree in Futurism, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in Fortune 500 environments
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP or equivalent)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
