Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps integrating quantum AI, bio-digital interfaces, and autonomous systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'future scenario' workshops with MIT, Caltech, and industry disruptors
- Secure $50M+ annual R&D funding through White House and NSF partnership programs
- Develop patent portfolios covering at least 15 emerging technology domains by 2026
- Establish global 'Innovation Acceleration Zones' in Singapore, Berlin, and São Paulo
- Present annual 'State of the Future' briefings to Fortune 100 C-suite executives
Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 8+ years in tech foresight
- Published author in Future Studies Journal or equivalent peer-reviewed publication
- Proven track record scaling moonshot projects from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, climate tech, or neurotech
- Active security clearance with government innovation program experience
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 10+ patented innovations with commercial adoption
