Qualifications
- PhD in Future Studies, Quantum Computing, or Systems Engineering
- 10+ years experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Published research in Nature/Science on societal transformation
- Expertise in predictive modeling for climate adaptation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Track record of scaling innovations from lab to global deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for international collaboration
