Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct foresight research on emerging tech disruptors (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government bodies
- Present findings to C-suite and board members for funding decisions
- Mentor junior innovators in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM Q Network preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals
- Experience with federal grant applications (DARPA, NSF)
