- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for early trend detection
- Manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with $2M+ annual innovation budget
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing innovation strategies for 2020+ horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, climate tech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $1M and cross-functional teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (whitepapers, patents, keynotes)
