Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary teams in tech-driven environments
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies)
- Strong public speaking and executive communication skills
