Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford AI Lab, and DARPA initiatives
- Forecast ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural augmentation
- Drive innovation sprints for climate-positive biotechnology solutions
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- PhD in Futuristics, Computational Physics, or Systems Innovation (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership with 3+ years in predictive modeling
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record launching technologies with >$100M market impact
- Deep understanding of quantum machine learning and neuromorphic engineering
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive analytics platforms
- Public speaking experience at TED, Davos, or equivalent forums
