Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and forecast disruptive innovations through 2026+
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging sectors (quantum computing, climate tech, neural interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Curate thought leadership content and speak at industry summits
- Secure partnerships with research institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions (showcase 2+ case studies)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech commercialization, or circular economy models
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience securing $1M+ innovation grants or venture funding
- Published thought leadership in top-tier industry publications
