- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and socio-economic shifts
- Design and implement scenario-planning frameworks for potential 2026+ technological disruptions
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-proof strategies into organizational DNA
- Champion innovation culture through workshops, thought leadership, and stakeholder education

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year innovation roadmaps
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
