- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders on future scenarios and mitigation strategies
- Manage R&D budget allocation for experimental projects with exponential growth potential

- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work and technology
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic innovation or corporate foresight
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience managing $1M+ innovation budgets
