- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech leaders
- Drive commercialization of futuristic technologies through agile product development
- Monitor and analyze future-shaping trends across geopolitics, technology, and society
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Mentor talent in next-gen methodologies (e.g., quantum machine learning)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with 5+ in futuristic research
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of scaling R&D from concept to market impact
- PhD or equivalent in STEM field with published futurism research
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation funding
- Deep understanding of 2030 UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from foresight academy)
