Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market disruptors

- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders to accelerate innovation
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to anticipate paradigm shifts in technology and society
- Present futuristic visions to stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable business strategies
- Oversee R&D investments in emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics, etc.)

Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies or products
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
