Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global megatrends across technology, climate, and socio-economic domains to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future scenarios and disruption risks
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario modeling for C-suite decision-making
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into product development priorities and market expansion strategies
- Drive thought leadership through white papers, keynotes, and industry foresight initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and exponential trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep technical literacy in emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent practical experience
