Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into R&D priorities
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready concepts into development pipelines
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators impacting technology adoption
- Present strategic insights at industry conferences and executive summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning frameworks (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend forecasting accuracy (minimum 3 case studies)
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies and innovation tools
