Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive technologies and market trends
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives, including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Partner with engineering to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum computing and AI ethics
- Present future vision to stakeholders through compelling executive presentations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with measurable ROI on experimental projects
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Drive sustainable tech integration across all product development cycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, biotech
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD) preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
