- Lead ideation sprints with C-suite executives and MIT/Caltech research fellows
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Present visionary insights at global innovation summits including Davos and TechCrunch Disrupt
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our 'Future Architects' incubator program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- 10+ years in strategic foresight with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley unicorn experience
- Published research in Journal of Futures Studies or equivalent tier-1 publication
- Proficiency in trend projection tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Track record of launching at least two paradigm-shifting products/services
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Expertise in blockchain, neurotech, or climate tech innovation ecosystems
