Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating industry disruption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-state business models and customer experiences
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for industry conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of trend-spotters and domain experts
- Quantify market readiness for emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into $10M+ revenue initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in futurist publications or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
