Responsibilities

- Develop innovation roadmaps aligned with 5-year strategic vision and market readiness
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into product/service prototypes
- Partner with R&D teams to validate and accelerate futuristic concepts
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Monitor horizon-scanning ecosystems (e.g., DARPA, MIT Media Lab, World Economic Forum)
- Author thought leadership on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred) or Innovation Methodology
