Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Drive patent development for emerging tech innovations (target: 15+ patents by 2026)
- Manage $10M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits (Davos, Web Summit, CES)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech innovation with 5+ years in future forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (Nature/Science preferred)
- Proven track record scaling innovations from concept to market leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies: AGI, quantum supremacy, neural interfaces
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from VC or government grants
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
