Responsibilities
- Forecast and map technological/societal trends impacting 2026 landscape through data-driven analysis
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and quantum computing paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype 2026-relevant solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems to identify emerging threats and opportunities
- Drive implementation of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of futuristic concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or implemented innovation strategies
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFIF) or equivalent practical experience
