- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineering, design, and product teams to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Present compelling future scenarios to stakeholders and guide investment decisions in breakthrough technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of work, AI governance, and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 8+ years of strategic foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Published thought leader with speaking engagements at global innovation forums
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, SFI) preferred
