Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neuro interfaces)
- Develop 5-10 year innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Facilitate scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech accelerators
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-state solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging trends
- Drive adoption of foresight methodologies across organizations
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and disruption patterns
- Proven track record of delivering future-focused solutions
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling skills
- Experience with strategic foresight frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published futurism work or patents
