Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks integrating AI, blockchain, and biotech into enterprise ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with long-term business objectives
- Design and facilitate cross-functional workshops on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author thought leadership publications on tech ethics and societal impact
- Manage a $5M+ R&D portfolio for breakthrough technology incubation
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy discussions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum computing, neuromorphic AI)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management (e.g., APF, CFIP)
- Demonstrated success influencing C-level decision-making on tech investments
- Portfolio of published futurist research or patented innovations
