Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026 market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops to align innovation priorities with long-term vision
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academics, and thought partners
- Translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Author thought leadership reports on future-of-work paradigms and disruptive business models
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for emerging opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, AR/VR, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate signals into coherent narratives
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions and change management initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Portfolio demonstrating impact from previous innovation or foresight projects
