Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, neurotech, and quantum applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and government innovation labs
- Design ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Drive patent development for emerging paradigms in synthetic biology and decentralized AI networks
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent innovation-focused discipline with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and technology readiness assessments (TRL 9)
- Published author in peer-reviewed innovation journals or leading industry whitepapers
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience securing $10M+ in innovation grants or venture funding for R&D initiatives
