- Author quarterly trend reports on biotechnology and climate tech convergence
- Manage $5M innovation budget for experimental R&D projects
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary foresight methodology
- Present at global forums like Davos and Web Summit on future-proof strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or scale-ups
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (HBR/MIT Review)
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Proven track record of launching future-ready products/services
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed solutions implemented
