- Analyze global megatrends (AI ethics, biotech disruption, climate resilience) to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Architect innovation roadmaps for emerging markets in the Global South
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed future-proofing into corporate DNA
- Deliver trend reports to UN World Economic Forum and G7 innovation councils
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon-scanning methodologies
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or UN-affiliated institutions
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ technology implications (IEEE/World Economic Forum)
- Fluency in trend-mapping tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Methodology)
- Experience with quantum computing simulation environments
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 implemented future-strategy initiatives
- Certification in Global Futures Intelligence Systems (GFIS)
- Deep expertise in biotech ethics and sustainable development frameworks
