Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology foresight framework for 2026 product ecosystem
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing exponential technology prototypes
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (quantum, AGI, bio-convergence) for market opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic research institutions and national labs
- Present future scenarios to C-suite and investor communities
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 2026 sustainability and ethical AI standards
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Physics, CS, Futures Studies, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
