Responsibilities
- Develop and implement forward-looking roadmaps for 2026+ technological adoption across industries
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives to prepare for disruptive innovations
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential growth potential
- Design human-centered frameworks for integrating AI/automation into workforce ecosystems
- Author white papers and thought leadership on future-proofing business models
- Collaborate with quantum computing and biotech teams to develop next-gen solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (quantum, biotech, AI, sustainable systems)
- Proven track record of developing future-proof organizational strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
