Responsibilities

- Lead cross-disciplinary research in bio-integrated computing and neural symbiosis
- Architect ethical governance frameworks for AGI development and deployment
- Develop patent-pending solutions in sustainable nanotechnology and climate-positive tech
- Mentor a team of quantum computing specialists and futurist architects
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive industry thought leadership through whitepapers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or related field
- 10+ years experience in AI/ML with published research in top-tier journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Proven track record of leading multidisciplinary R&D teams to commercialization
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (FDA, ISO 27001)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
