Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI strategy frameworks aligned with 2026 technological forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing generative AI and predictive analytics solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in AI strategy development or technical leadership
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning systems
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures, neural networks, and NLP
- Strong understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Published research in AI journals or conference proceedings preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., IEEE, ACM) highly desirable
