Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, AR/VR) with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product ecosystems in partnership with C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish foresight frameworks using data modeling and scenario planning
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate innovation culture across departments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology forecasting at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar professional designation preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
